Tell us one interesting fact people may not know about you?
I saved a sheep from drowning once on a holiday in Anglesey. Our dog got through a fence and chased it into a lake. I had to dive in and rescue it!
What does your customer base typically value the most from your business?
They value our honesty, our quick turnaround, and the fact that we always go the extra mile. For example, we will drop customers off or pick them up when their cars are ready.
What encouraged you to become a customer of Landsail?
We were encouraged by the value and the performance of the tyres. Plus, the option of offering a warranty as an approved Landsail dealer.
What impact has being a Landsail dealer had on your business?
Since becoming a Landsail dealer our sales have doubled. We are fully knowledgeable on all the Landsail patterns and ratings and this allows us to be fully knowledgeable to our customers.
If you could offer one piece of advice to a fellow garage owner just starting out in the industry, what would it be?
Always, always go the extra mile. Make sure your workplace is welcoming, greet every customer with a smile and encourage customer reviews. We are rated excellent on Trustpilot and it has helped people choose us over competitors.
