What services does your garage provide?
At Pro Fit Tyre Group Ltd we offer services including, car, van and commercial mobile tyre fitting services, Class 4 and 7 MOT testing, mechanical work, vehicle servicing and maintenance, 4-wheel alignment and much more.
How would you describe your business in 3 words?
Reliable, approachable, honest.
Tell us one interesting fact people may not know about you?
As an independent local firm, we not only try and give back to the local charities where possible, we are also proud sponsors of children’s sports teams and events happening within the community including St Annes Rugby Under 10’s team and Crompton FC. We also sponsor the very talented young equestrians Miley Horsfall (aged 8) and Lillie Moores (aged 17) who have blown us away with their achievements so far. We would like to wish all our sponsors continued success in their chosen sports.
What does your customer base typically value the most from your business?
We have a huge return customer base which I believe speaks volumes. This is mainly down to us being an approachable firm that is very much budget-driven, making sure the customer gets the best service and the best possible products to suit their needs.
What encouraged you to become a customer of Davanti?
I was interested in becoming a dealer for Davanti due to the quality of product I am buying. Not to mention the lifetime guarantee warranty which I can offer to my customers!
What impact has being a Davanti dealer had on your business?
Being a Davanti dealer allows me to offer a great reliable product and for my customers to drive away happy with the purchase they have made.
Which Davanti products are most popular with your customers?
All the products are popular with the customers, especially one of our major fleet customers at Oldham Council (OMBC) which has Davanti across its whole fleet of vehicles.
If you could offer one piece of advice to a fellow garage owner just starting out in the industry, what would it be?
To be an approachable and honest outfit allows you to gain your customers trust to meet their vehicles need at the best possible value for money. Also, get on board with Davanti!
