Tony Lynch makes guest appearance at Lydden Hill

Tony Lynch and Team Geriatric made a guest appearance on the biggest stage in the British Rallycross calendar, Lydden Hill, to support the latest round of the World Rallycross Championship.
It was the first time that World Rallycross had competed at the circuit since 2017, and it was the first round to be held in Britain since the 2019 event at Silverstone.
Although not competing, Tony and Team Geriatric took to the track in the Toyota MR2 to do a series of special demonstration runs across the weekend, representing the series for historic rallycross machinery.
The event gave Tony and the team the opportunity to promote the Retro Rallycross scene to a wider audience, as well as showcase their range of sponsors to visitors.
Tony said:
“It was fantastic to get up close to the latest breed of rallycross machinery and also to show off the rich history of the sport in front of the crowd. We put on a good show and brought a touch of nostalgia to proceedings.”
