We are proud to announce that we have kick-started 2026 with a landmark industry acquisition, becoming the sole owner of Exhaust, Tyres and Batteries (ETB). The deal opens up a significant new distribution channel for the rapidly expanding business.

This milestone acquisition brings the whole ETB business —formerly owned by Bridgestone—into the Oak Group Holdings portfolio. The addition of four warehouses across Wales, the Midlands and the Southwest of England significantly strengthens Oak’s existing wholesale network while extending its geographical reach.

For the first time in its 45 year history, Oak Group Holdings now has direct access to consumers through ETB’s established fast-fit network, creating new opportunities to bring its tech-driven approach and brand-led service offer to fast-fit operations.

The two businesses’ brand portfolios are closely aligned, enabling a seamless transition with the current tyre brands now under the Oak Group umbrella—including Davanti, Envoy, Landsail, Linglong, Delinte and Aptany.

Peter Cross, Commercial Director at Oak Group Holdings, commented:

2026 marks the start of an exciting new chapter for Oak. This milestone acquisition demonstrates the strength of our business, our continued investment, and our long-term commitment as a wholesaler operating in what has been a turbulent and challenging market in recent years.

“We are very excited to welcome ETB colleagues to the Oak Group. We know the ETB team has vast experience and our values are closely aligned in terms of the importance of customer service in every aspect of what we do.
