It never ceases to amaze me when a regular customer tells us they didn’t know we sell tyres.
What does your customer base typically value the most from your business?
Our speed of repairs, the courtesy cars we provide and being treated with courtesy.
What encouraged you to become a customer of Davanti?
We were in need of help getting an identity for our tyre bay. We also found that all areas of the business were looked after in one place; social media, a well priced, efficient supply chain, uniform consumables and to top it all off a BDM with loads of ideas.
What impact has being a Davanti dealer had on your business?
All of the above, plus a smart image and plenty of help when needed.
