How good we are, the time we have been here and the services we offer. Anything to do with cars or vans we can fix. Having a garage the size we do enables us to take on all kinds of work.
What does your customer base typically value the most from your business?
Our customer base really values our honesty and reliability.
What encouraged you to become a customer of Landsail?
Landsail tyres are great value for money and excellent all round tyres. There is a wide range of products available with lots of choice for different vehicle types.
What impact has being a Landsail dealer had on your business?
Through being a consistent customer of the Landsail brand, we’ve seen a positive impact on our repeat business. Providing our customers with a recognised national brand enables us to offer a top quality product we strongly believe in with the confidence it will deliver excellent value for money.
Which Landsail products are most popular with your customers?
Landsail gives us the option of a wide range of products from Winter, 4season and Run Flat tyres. The size range is great as we’re never stuck for a tyre for any vehicle. We have a contract with a few local companies that have a fleet of commercial vehicles and we fit Landsail to every vehicle.
If you could offer one piece of advice to a fellow garage owner just starting out in the industry, what would it be?
Be honest with your customers and always be willing to correct any issues. We go above and beyond for our repeat customer base.
