Davanti Tyres SRL partners with Italian rally driver

Davanti Tyres SRL, our Italian subsidiary, has partnered with Italian rally driver Silvia Franchini to support her in the 2023 Aci Sport Rally Championship.
Silvia will compete in the 2023 season on our flagship UHP tyres, Protoura Sport – for the second year running – fitted to a MINI Cooper S branded with Davanti stickers.
In 2022 – Silvia’s seventh competitive year in her rally career – she achieved third place in the Ladies category, sponsored by Davanti customer Mirko Garage.
The racing season – which runs from June to October – will begin with the Rally di Argil on 18th June, with the main races set to be televised across Italy.
Aldo Ercole, head of sales for the Italian market at Davanti Tyres SRL, said:
“We are delighted to once again be supporting Silvia in the rally championship. She did extremely well in the competition in 2022 and we can’t wait to see how she performs this season. It’s also fantastic exposure for Protoura Sport and Davanti Tyres. It’s crucial for the development of the brand which is still relatively new to the Italian market.”
