Davanti Tyres Celebrates Wigan Warriors’ 150th Anniversary

Wigan Warriors got their 2022 Super League campaign underway on Friday the 11th of February, with a 24-10 away victory at Craven Park against Hull KR – the perfect start to their 150th anniversary season.
To celebrate the prestigious milestone, we are giving back to the loyal fans in Cherry and White, giving them a chance to win a signed ball and third kit shirt.
Wigan have teamed up with Cancer Research UK to design the shirt, with £5 from every sale going to the world-leading charity, which also celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
Inside the neck of the shirt includes the famous number 18, given to the Cherry and White’s loyal fans.
Since the split that created the two codes of rugby, Wigan Warriors have been pioneers of the sport and we are proud to be involved with the world’s most successful rugby league team, with the club sharing many of our values.

The new kit can be seen in action on Wigan’s trips to France against Toulouse and Catalans Dragons on the 5th and 12th of March, as well as at Magic Weekend against St. Helens.
