Successful return for the Davanti brand at Automechanika Dubai

After securing a distribution partnership with Central Trading Company earlier this year, we were invited to share a stand with our UAE customer at this year’s Automechanika Dubai. It proved to be a successful return for the Davanti brand, after taking a break due to Covid restrictions.
With a footfall of around 40,000 visitors across the 3 day event, we had a lot of interest to the stand, with a mix of people having already heard of Davanti and wanting to know more, and others that were completely new to Davanti. Visitors travelled from all over, from Turkey to Egypt, Georgia and beyond, all interacting positively with the brand.
Peter Cross, general manager at Davanti, said:
“Automechanika was another example of a successful trade show for the Davanti brand in 2022. It was fantastic to end the year on such a high, having received lots of interest from stand visitors around our brand-new products coming in 2023, plus it was a great opportunity to interact and share a stand with our UAE customer, Central Trading Company.”
As well as showcasing some of our most popular products, we unveiled two brand-new products at the show, set to launch in 2023. Visitors were given an exclusive first look at our track tyre, currently in the development stages, plus our new mud terrain tyre, an addition to the Terratoura range.
Najib Chakhtoura, Davanti sales director for the Middle East and Africa, also commented on the event:
“Many stand visitors were either new to the brand and interested to know more, or they were aware of Davanti and enquiring about the possibility of distribution, which was very positive as these were territories we are not yet represented in. It’s encouraging to see that brand awareness is reaching such a wide network.”
