Davanti secures distribution in Kuwait

Davanti has established distribution with the automotive company FTC Kuwait.
FTC Kuwait is a subsidiary of KAICO (Kuwait Automotive Imports Co), which currently operates 5 tyre outlets – soon to be 7.
FTC Kuwait, which also spans across Saudi Arabia and UAE, is involved in leasing, parts, tyres and lubricants.
Ashish Tandon, general manager for KAICO and FTC Kuwait, said:
“We have decided to strategically partner with Davanti because it brings a great blend of business acumen from the UK & China. It has a highly focused vision to grow in the region, led by Mr Najib Chakhtoura who is widely known in the tire industry and has been associated with some of the best brands in the business.
“We look forward to launching Davanti in Kuwait, the 4th largest market in GCC. The tire market is over 1,000,000 tires per year and we intend to target 1% of the market.”
